Welcome to TwinPixel. By using our website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreements and Payments

A project is formally initiated only after a signed agreement and the initial deposit have been received. Payment schedules are outlined in your individual service contract. Deposits are non-refundable as they cover initial research and design time.

2. Project Timelines and Revisions

We strive to meet all deadlines; however, timelines are dependent on timely feedback and content delivery from the client. The number of design revisions included is specified in your package description. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, high-res images, branding assets) unless otherwise agreed. TwinPixel is not responsible for copyright infringements in materials provided by the client.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the copyright to the custom design and code created specifically for their project. TwinPixel retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials. Any third-party software or assets (plugins, stock photos) are subject to their respective licenses.

5. Liability

TwinPixel shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website performance. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or business outcomes. This limitation of liability complies with the Alberta Consumer Protection Act.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to attempts to disrupt the site's functionality or unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Alberta.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued engagement with our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
